After a few seconds, a window should open, showing you two files, "fo-psp6.exe" and "README.TXT"
Right-click "PSP6.ZIP" again, then click Extract All. When the Properties window appears, look for an Unblock button or checkbox near the bottom – if there is one, click/check it. 
After downloading/saving the ZIP file, go to your "Downloads" folder (or wherever you saved it), right-click "PSP6.ZIP", then click Properties. Right-click the link, then click Save Link As.

You don't need to fool around with big manuals or dig around endlessly on YouTube you just go to the lesson you want and watch the video. The great thing about this series is that you can learn the program rather quickly. Now that it's years later, I'm still making PaintShop Pro Tips and Tricks DVDs and selling them on Amazon with the latest PaintShop Pro versions. You could get brilliant images out of this program and my students couldn't wait to learn how to create zombies, aliens and other weird creatures. It was a great program and we loved the fact that it wasn't too complex. (Bear in mind, we had other stuff we were learning lie typing as well.)
